Who we are

Origyn is a hybrid training platform — an AI-assisted programme with a human coach. This policy covers the Origyn website, the coach portal and the Origyn iOS app.

What we collect

• Account details — your name and email address, received from your sign-in provider when you sign in with Google.
• Intake and health screening — the PAR-Q answers, fitness profile, goals and equipment you provide when you join.
• Training data — routines, logged sets, weights, reps, personal records and workout history.
• Body measurements — weight and other metrics you choose to record.
• Apple Health data — if you grant permission in the iOS app, we read step count, active energy burned and body weight, and write back body weight and completed workouts. Permission is requested explicitly and can be withdrawn at any time in the iOS Health app.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your training or health data for advertising.
• We do not share your data with other clients.

Who can see it

Your coach can see your intake, training data and measurements — that is the point of the product. Nobody else does, other than the people operating Origyn where necessary to run and support the service.

Sign-in

Authentication is handled by Logto, our identity provider. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and a stable identifier. We never receive your Google password.

Where it lives

Data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner, EU). Backups are retained for operational recovery and rotated.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and all associated training, health and measurement data at any time by emailing support@getorigyn.com. We will action it and confirm. Deleting your Origyn account does not delete data already written to Apple Health — that is under your control in the Health app.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@getorigyn.com.
